YOUR ROLES:
Demand & Supply
- Facilitate the Demand Planning and Supply Planning Meetings with IBP stakeholders
- Be proactive to ensure business decisions, to improve forecast accuracy
- Manage the deviations with regard to demand planning and supply bottlenecks
- Ensure correct and timely update of actual and demand forecast in SAPIBP, and prepare presentation slides for IBP meeting
- Ensure continuous improvement in the work processes and digitalization
- Participate to all GDP trainings according to training matrix defined
- Key user for relevant systems including: SAP LEAN (M2A, O2C workstreams, etc.), MDGM, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, OMT
Inventory Management
- Manage the inventory level warehouse to drive for effective cost and reliable service, considering also all internal and external factors (supply constraint, regulation, tender, customer needs, etc.)
- Manage the monthly billed volume to wholesaler to ensure sufficient safety stock at wholesaler warehouse and in good alignment with BU planning.
- Ensure clear visibility of inventory level of Merck Healthcare Vietnam (2156) in Blue Yonder system for correct supply planning from GPS
WHO YOU ARE:
- BA in Accounting and Finance, or Supply Chain Management / Logistics.
- At least 5 years experiences within the local Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry supply chain.
- Proficient in several logistics/ database systems (e.g. SAP, iScala) with the ability to embrace and learn new technology.
- MS- Excel experience
- Experience in forecasting methodologies
- Inventory management experience – safety stock, volatility patterns, obsolete stock management
- Deep understanding of defined SNO Processes & current best practices.
- Proficient in several logistics/database systems (e.g. SAP, local ERP, MDGM) with the ability to embrace and learn new technology
- Profound-excellent knowledge in Supply Chain, Warehousing and Distribution, in combination with advanced business industry experience.
- Sound financial experience / knowledge
- Inventory management experience – safety stock, volatility patterns, obsolete stock management
